Do they exist or not?

 Well, they do in the world I created.  I got the idea when my husband Christopher Knight worked as a photographer for National Geographic years ago. He was photographing a story on glaciers in Alaska and discovered ice worms living in the ice! I thought, well, if there can be ice worms why not ice spiders. These spiders spin webs that serve as maps that direct the bears through a labyrinth of ice tunnels.
